Anyone have experience w/ Imaginative Traveller or Intrepid?

I am planning on travelling to China this summer, and I have found the China trips with Imaginative Traveller and IntrepidTravel to be exactly what I'm looking for. Can anyone vouch for their reputability? I'm very wary of committing so much money to any company simply based on their website.

One is based in the UK and the other in Australia. Anyone know links to Better Business Bureau-type establishments in those countries to check them out?

And has anyone gone on a trip with them?
