That will lead to certification in PA, but that is also transferable to any state (PA's standards meet most other states, so its not hard).
Another way to do it that may be even easier is to get a bachelors in another related field such as history, science, etc... Then, do a post masters certification/ alternative licensure/ and or masters degree program online (1 year). Thats how I did it- lateral entry- its not too hard to do and you end with a masters in teaching- pretty much all the north carolina schools allow you to do it that way.

I went there for a year in person, its a quality school, and they jump you into a Masters Degree upon completion if your grades are above a 3.0- which can also be fully online if you so wish to continue.

There are others out there- mostly at the elementary level, but you have to dig.
