I will need a car for 26 days... I am 22...

No, you can get an international drivers license here in the states for like 10 bucks at your local AAA office if your a member. Purchase insurance if you so choose as well- check with your credit card agency they may offer it free as well- its good to have. Also have you passport at all times or a copy of it.
As to cheapest places- well [link] (auto europe) is good.
Consider leasing a car for those days as well. Its a good option that is easy to do in Europe longer term like that (not like the us ways of leasing which is very long term) [link]
