hi everyone, I need help. I want to go to london during the winter break but have no clue about the package deals on the site. How much spending money do i need? I would like a vacation package that include: 6 night with air and hotel,Continental breakfasts (B) and three-course dinners (D) as per itinerary ,City travel passes and train transport . I am mainly looking for economybudget deal. Also does this site allow the members to invite nonmembers on certain trips? |

I do not know anything about the package deal but I do know London is expensive, especially for Americans since the pound is strong. I would expect to spend no less than US $50 per day (about 25-30 Pounds) if you plan on eating and drinking and having a little fun.

I'm not sure if a package deal is offered on this website. I may be wrong, but from what I've seen, this website is good for finding discounted air fare and rooms and even rail fares, but not any package deals. Guess it makes sense cause a lot of students just want cheap air fare so they can bum around and see the sights when they get where they are going. If you want a once price-covers everything kind of package deal you might try other web sites that aren't strictly for students. go-today.com has good packages to Europe and of course there are all the other travel websites, expedia, travelocity, orbitz, etc. Or just Google vacation package deals to London.

Get a travel agent or look it up on google. I was going to go to London of break too so I looked at a bunch of sites. I wouldn't recommend booking expedia, orbiz ext for ALL things. it may cost more then just booking seperate. good luck

I would have to disagree with booking things with the big three travel sites: Expedia, Orbitz, and Travelocity. Sometimes, they do offer discounts if you purchase a flight and hotel together. I did it the last time I went to vegas and saved around $50 on my trip.
