Come to magical Peru - Machu Pichu

Hi, I have been living in Cusco, Peru for 1 month. It is a completely different world here. After years of hearing about how dangerous it is in Peru I decided to overcome my fears and come to see for myself. The reality is very different and despite the normal problems of petty crime which occurs in every country Peru is one of the least dangerous countries I have visited.

Here in Cusco - The capital of The Sacred Valley and Centre point for visiting Machu Pichu - the people are very friendly and despite their poverty, a friendly smile is ever present.

The terrain here is a walkers dream and there are so many activities to do from Trekking and mountain climbing to paragliding and white water rafting.

This area is also becoming the Spiritual centre of the world. There are many Shamen here offering classes in the mountains.

The food here is untouched by scientists which are modifying our food in order to make us sick and reliant on pharmaceutical companies.
