Getting to Krakow from Prague

Hello, I am not sure if this is the right section to post this in, but here goes.

I am leaving for Prague this Sunday- I will be there for almost 3 months for a study abroad program with my college. I am planning to visit a friend in Krakow, Poland from June 24th-28th and I am trying to figure out the best way to get there. I can't find any direct flights, and I found some train tickets but they seem expensive- $94.00 one way and $103.00 to get back.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Websites? Anything?
