I would like to extend my sincerest gratitude to those at Student Universe. There was a slight mishap in the booking of my flight to England, one that American airlines was not willing to amend. But thanks to Student Universe, in particularly Krista, I was able to make the necessary changes. Again, I give all "hats off to you"  |

This seems like a wonderful example of where StudentUniverse has a value add for the customer, some of the others are mentioned elsewhere like flexibility etc.
A consumer has to look at the bottom line of this service..and that is..are you saving me money because im a student, or are you taking the profits that you recieve from the airlines with this program and charging MORE money than a consumer can get elsewhere? Time and time again i've seen you far more expensive than other websites, and if a non student would like to go with you on your trip, can't use your service at all..just as well, we saved a lot of money going elsewhere for the same dates, same flights.
go figure.  |

I used Student Universe to fly from PHL - Marseille and CDG- PHL. No complaints here. My Air France tickets had a(n) (almost) direct flight, but were handsomely priced. |
