how much money a day???

hello..i was wondering how much money i should expect to pay for food per day while in france. nothing too fancy but an occasional upbeat and more sophisticated restaurant once or twice for the one week that ill be staying. also...do they rent out bikes in marseille?lol. thanks for the help

Plan on around 15 bucks a day if you eat breakfast and dont have that at your hostel.

15 dollars is the lowest you can go. I would say closer to 20 dollar since you are on the Euro. You can always spend more. You can save money by buying pastries at a bakery for breakfast and going to groceries stores to buy food for lunch. Paris is going to be more expansive than Marseilles. Remember to read the price on menus before you order and understand what you are ordering. The last time I was in France, my friend order two plates of food without knowing it.
