Hi everyone!
I bought my ticket from lessno.com to fly next month to Australia with my boyfriend. We've been planning and dreaming about this vacation for a looong time and we want to make the best of it.
So, can you, please share you ideas and experience on how to beat the terrible jet lag? We don't want to spend half of our vacation sleeping:)
10nx a lot! |

I find the best way to deal with jet lag, since I'm changing time zones every few months it seems, is to try to adapt as fast as possible to the new zone once you are on the plane. Set your watches to the new time, avoid alcohol, drink lots of water, sleep as much as possible and when you arrive immediatly move into that time zone. If it's the morning, then go out, DO NOT GO TO SLEEP! If it's night try to sleep, doing this will help you break out of the old routine.
The first few days are hard but don't sleep late, or go to bed late and you'll settle in. Try to only function in the time zone you're in, and not your old one. _________________ In three words I can sum up everything I've learned about life: It goes on.
