Flying CVG (cincinnati) or DAY (dayton) in Ohio to London.

Flying out Saturday May 11 (assuming an overnight flight would be best, and arrive Sunday morning)

Any London airport works fine, but we will be on our own when we get there and will need to be able to find a taxi/tube easily.

I am traveling with a friend and would like to be seated next to each other.

I looked up flights on this site, and I wasn't sure if we would be able to sit together or not.

We are also only looking for one-way flights right now, because we are planning to travel after the 2 month internship, so we don't know where we will want to leave from to head home and when. Is that possible?

Thanks so much for any information!

howdy,

I'm hoping to go on a trip to Europe this June with 3 of my friends, leaving sometime after June 2nd and then staying for two weeks. I'd prefer to fly out of Boston, but anything nearby would work and as for the destination...anywhere in Europe with the exception on the United Kingdom. I've looked online and found roundtrip from Boston to Paris, Amsterdam, or Frankfurt for around $730 per person leaving June 3rd and returning June 18th. Does this sound like the best deal out there??? I was also thinking about getting a select 3 eurorail pass depending on where we end up flying into. The countries we really want to see are any combination of the following: Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Belgium, Holland. Any help would be appreciated in making this as little as an expense as possible as we are all poor college kids and will be borrowing money and paying it off over the summer. Thanks a ton!

Hey again, quick question...

If I am flexible with my destination in Europe, should I wait for a GO deal to say Frankfurt, Munich, or Berlin, or should I book now? So, if I'm looking to travel this June will prices get more expensive or stay pretty much the same?

Also, I realize that GO Deals only work for roundtrip to one city, but would it be better, as far as considering for rail transportation, do add another day onto a eurorail pass or to just fly out of multiple cities. I have found a flight on Iberia that allows me to fly into Frankfurt and out of Vienna for about 730, but should I try and wait for a deal to Frankfurt or soemthing, which would reduce my flight cost by say $80, but then I will probably have to get an extra day onto my Eurorail select pass to make it back from say Vienna to Frankfurt.

Anyway, any help/advice would be appreciated, I know you've done a good deal of traveling in the area. Thanks in advance.

I need to travel from the DC area to Berlin & back during the week of June 22nd-29th, preferably leaving on the 23rd. Any suggestions for cheap air fare? I'll be at a conference in at the Markgrafenstraße so am also looking for reasonably priced room or bed in a non-smoking location.

Thanks in advance for any thoughts.

Hi,

I'm looking for a flight from CVG (2nd choice DAY) to anywhere in Europe from July 17 or 18th through September 18 +/- 3 days.

So far the cheapest I have found is CVG to LUX for $710, July 17 - September 18. I know that is already super low, but friends of mine got DAY - Dublin last year for $650, around the same dates!

Thank you so much in advance!

Hey There,
First off, thanks for any help that you might be able to offer me! I am attending an archaeological field school on the island of Crete this summer and am looking for a flight. I can fly out of Baltimore, Dulles, or Philadelphia. I can either fly directly to Crete, or I could land in Athens and take the ferry to the island, which I have heard is cheaper. I'm not really sure.
Since the field school cost is pretty much draining my savings account, I could really use as cheap a flight as possible. I need to be on the island of Crete on July 13, 2008. The session ends on August 23, 2008. I am flexible in how many stops I make (within reason, of course). I can leave a few days before the 13th if it will save me money.
Let me know if you have any questions. Once more, thanks for the help!!

I NEED From You:
-Departure between June 17-25 with Return December 17-22.
-Cincinnati, OH to Birmingham, UK
-Dates are flexible
-Time doesn't matter
-I have no Preferred airline carrier
-Connections are fine, but I would prefer no long layovers
-I am a College student
-Yes it is OK to layover in London then take a low cost carrier from London the rest of the way- e.g. Ryan Air etc.

Hi, Wilson! I think it's absolutely wonderful that you're doing this for everyone!

I'm looking for tickets from Toronto or Detroit to Europe, either London, Amsterdam, Brussels, Milan, or Rome, whichever is cheaper. I can travel from the beginning of july to the end of august (preferably from july 10- aug 2Cool. I am in my last year of high school and would be 18 during the travel time. The best I could find so far is toronto to london for $850 Sad

I would appreciate your help! Thanks in advance!

Hello Wilson,

I remember you helped me out tremendously back in 2006 in trying to get a ticket to Germany during the World Cup. I commend you for all your hard work!

I come back again seeking your assistance. I will be participating in the BEST Program, and would like to know if you could find me a cheap ticket to Amsterdam!

The list:

Dates Needed - The program starts June 1st, but I could fly in the 31st of May though. I would fly out on June 20th. At this time, I do not know whether or not I will fly out of Amsterdam or Zurich, Switzerland. If I fly out of Zurich though, I would probably need to do 1-way tickets to both places.

Cities I can fly into...anywhere in the proximity of Amsterdam.

How flexible am I? I have no leeway with the dates as they are pretty firm. In regards to the flights, however, I am VERY flexible. I'll fly out at 3:20 in the morning if I have to!

Preferred Flight Carrier: The CHEAPEST! Very Happy

Layover or not?: I will take a lay over any day of the week as long as it's cheap.

I am currently a student.

I will layover wherever you want me to lay over! So long as you can get me to Amsterdam! Haha.

I can fly out of: Gulfport, Mississippi; New Orleans, Louisiana; or Atlanta, Georgia. Whichever is the cheapest!

Thank you so very much for helping me!
