|
|
| I bought a Eurail pass through the site, and my plans have changed for my travels after. It's a 21 day unlimited pass. How do I return it? I looked on the back and it says that I have to return it to the place I purchassed it before it is used. Where do I send it? Thanks, JB |

Jlbrine,
Thank you for your posting. I work for StudentUniverse, and would be happy to respond.
We, like every travel agency out there, are resellers of rail passes, so you actually need to go through our partner, Railkey. You should have received a confirmation with your passes with information on refunds, but if not, I'd recommend contacting Railkey directly at 800-722-7151, or via e-mail at orders@railkey.com
I'm sorry your plans changed, hope you'll get to travel in the near future.
