Semester abroad in Israel...looking for some help

Hey guys,
I'm going to be doing a semester abroad at Tel Aviv U this upcoming spring and would LOVE to travel as much as possible. However, I'm finding that all flights to Europe are between around $650-$1000 a pop, which is awfully pricey. Do you know of any deals/travel agencies etc., that could help me get reduced fairs to Europe? I'd also love to go to Jordan and Egypt, as well as Morocco but I don't know if this will be possible.
Any tips on traveling from Israel would be EXTREMELY appreciated!
