some 1 plzz help me wid info on easyjet ryanair

guys i am planning to travel around europe for a lil while this coming september...i have heard a lot abt ryanair and easyjet...but most of their flights seem to be from london...for eg..if i wanna fly out from rome to elsewhere..these 2 airlines dont seem to offer much choices...wat r my best choices if i wanna travel from say some city in italy or spain to greece? some 1 plzzz help me out...thx !
