Travel Funds--- suggestions?

I have recently met with the CEO of a ecotourism company with whom I will be attending a trip this summer as an intern with the hopes/intent of landing a job when I graduate in December. However, I am trying to find grant or scholarship money to fund my expenses this summer. Any suggestions, because although the travels are education and nature oriented this will be neither an academic trip nor a research trip.
For anyone who enjoys more remote and nature oriented travel, ecotourism is definately the way to go. I am hoping to attend a trip to Galapagos and Equador.

I recently went on an ecotourism trip to Ecuador. If you are interested the organization's website is newcommunityproject.org It was a wonderful trip and the org also takes trips to alaska and denali.
