| If you are sick and cannot travel as planned, please contact us at 800-272-9676. Our Agents are available to assist you Monday-Friday 9AM-9PM ET, Saturdays and Sundays 11AM-6PM ET. If you have already departed, we recommend you contact the airline directly to arrange an alternative flight. Whether you are contacting the airline or StudentUniverse, change/cancellation fees will apply. If your ticket is non-refundable, most airlines will not make exceptions even in these instances. |
