What if I want a paper ticket?

Most of our passengers find traveling using electronic tickets the easiest way to go. If you wish to have a paper ticket, please order online and contact us immediately at 800-272-9676, or +1.617.321.3100 (From outside the US), so we can process your request. Our Agents are available to assist you Monday-Friday 9AM-9PM ET, Saturdays and Sundays 11AM-6PM ET.

Whether you receive an e-ticket or a paper ticket is up to the airline. All domestic flights are e-ticketed and most international flights are as well. Intra-European flights, however, require a paper ticket. If your itinerary can be ticketed electronically, and you wish to receive a paper ticket, an additional fee will be assessed by the airline. Note: Not all airlines allow paper tickets when electronic tickets are available.
