Most of our tickets are e-tickets so you will not receive anything in the mail. E-ticketed passengers will receive an e-mail with a link to their itinerary, once their reservation has been ticketed. You should expect this e-mail within 3 days of purchasing online. Paper ticketed passengers will also receive an e-mail with a link to their itinerary once their ticket has been issued. In addition, they will receive the shipping information for their paper tickets, including their tracking number. You should expect this e-mail within 3 days of purchasing online, and the paper tickets a day or two thereafter.
